Waterfront Group started with twin brothers and a shared love of land and an instinct for the business. Mark and Will Adkins, born five minutes apart in Huntington, WV — played football at Coastal Carolina University and graduated together in 1989 with degrees in Business Administration. They spent the early part of their careers at an established land company on opposite sides of the same business: Will in acquisition and development, Mark in sales. In 1994, they brought those halves together and launched Waterfront Group. Thirty years later, the passion hasn't changed.
